- The 411 for when You're 404: TechCrunch reports on a whitepaper by Microsoft and Psychster that details how companies (and by extension, government organizations) can use Twitter to communicate when their sites go down.
- Whose House? 25 - 44 Year-Olds' House! Take a look at this chart detailing the demographics of various social media sites. And then keep that in mind when you're planning a campaign that targets one of these audiences.
- Don't Forget the Milk, Or Your Parking Meter! Mashable reports on the company Neer, which has an app that allows users to receive location-based reminders. Could be useful for government agencies to help people remember to renew a fishing license (when they're at the favorite spot near the river) for example. Or to move their car before a meter runs out.
